I cannot say enough good things about Hannah! I say to everyone that by far the best decision I ever made when starting my wedding planning process was hiring Hannah!
We hired Hannah in November 2019 for our July 2020 wedding which we postponed to April 2021 due to COVID and not only did she have things changed and rebooked within days, she found the best solutions for any changes in vendors we required no problem. Then when COVID restrictions changed again, we had to change our wedding location & venue with only 48 hours notice and she was totally up for the challenge, kept me calm throughout it all with a smile on her face and her positive attitude! Our guests were shocked with the result - you would’ve thought it was the original plan, the ceremony and reception venues were gorgeous!
She is so sweet, professional, caring organized - I could go on forever! Hannah is the best wedding planner you could possibly have - consider yourself incredibly lucky if you are able to hire her, I can promise you will not be disappointed!

Being so close with Hannah and having her involved with our big day was so special. Hannah was with us from the beginning - we originally planned our wedding for May 2020 and had almost all the details ironed out when COVID took us by surprise. Naturally we postponed, and later decided on our smaller ceremony in August on pretty short notice! Every step of the way, Hannah was there with advice and to assure us everything would turn out. Hannah’s amazing taste and eye for the fine details helped us reimagine what our day would look like after needing to change everything from our date, to our venue, to our guest list. She was there to help with site visits, timeline, styling, brainstorming… the list goes on. She was happy to take as much off our plate as we needed, and also to let us take on the things we wanted to and give trusted advice. Her flexible approach really made all the difference!
One thing I couldn’t imagine doing without Hannah was selecting vendors. This process was so much easier with her help - not only does she have strong working relationships with so many amazing businesses, but she has a way of knowing exactly who will fit your vision and deliver the best product for your day. I know I can trust her judgement, and having her guidance on these choices definitely relieved a lot of stress.
I felt 100% comfortable coming to Hannah with all of my questions. She really allowed us to express ourselves and create a celebration that was unique to us and so, so special. It didn’t matter if all of our choices were conventional or fit the norm. She was always up to customize plans and let our love story shine through. In my opinion, that is exactly what you need in a wedding planner - someone who knows how to make the most authentic celebration for you.
Hannah has so much experience planning so many different types of weddings. As a friend, I’ve seen her at work and would trust her to make any celebration perfect for any couple. I’m not in the slightest bit surprised that she worked her magic on us, too!

Hannah and her assistant Aurora, went above and beyond to facilitate our Canadian destination wedding. From planning, sourcing linens and chairs, coordinating the rehearsal, to finding&buying last minute false lashes en route to Cape Breton (amongst many, many other things), she ensured every aspect of our day was executed according to plan.
Hannah and I communicated on a regular basis throughout the year leading up to our wedding day. Her well organized emails, calls, and smart use of google docs, kept everyone on the same page, made certain nothing was missed, and created an overall stress-free process.
Hannah and her assistant were very professional and upbeat throughout the weekend. They coordinated the rehearsal (on the eve of the wedding), decorated our wedding venue, liaised with all the vendors (prior to and on the day of), executed the wedding timeline, venue tear-down, and all the many “behind the scenes,” including pinning the boutonnières, cueing the musicians and bridesmaids during the procession, and assisting the emcees during the reception (to name a few).
To anyone debating if hiring her is worth the cost, the answer is YES. I highly recommend both the partial planning and day-of décor & coordination services.

We worked with Hannah to plan our wedding in Chester at the Captains House and Chester Yacht Club! We loved getting to know Hannah throughout the planning process, she’s an absolute sweetheart! She did an excellent job coordinating the communication and details for all our vendors, especially while working with two venues. It was so helpful to have someone who had lots of experience with the local wedding industry as an extra ear to talk through details or budget decisions with.
Our favourite part of working with Hannah was how blown away we were on the day of seeing our vision come to life, including everything from the venue design down to the smaller details. The day goes by too quickly and looking back we truly got to enjoy every minute of our day because the set up, decor, vendor communication, and overall coordination of the day was all taken care of!
We would definitely recommend working with Hannah!!

Hannah Forrest planned my wedding! It was literally the best and most fun day of my life and it is all due to Hannah (and like marrying my husband... but mostly Hannah lol) I am so unorganized and she planned everything and planned it beautifully! I was like a guest at my own wedding which is exactly what I wanted!
Everything I asked she got done and better than I could have imagined! Also was very accommodating as we had a lot of meetings on the phone! She knows everyone involved with weddings so we got the best people for hair/makeup/flowers! She was the best wedding decision that we made (apart from each other but really probably mostly Hannah haha)
Would 30/10 recommend!!

Hannah as our planner, was nothing short of amazing. Her biggest priority was to make sure our wedding day was exactly how we wanted it to be- and it was just that. Hannah helped us with deadlines, made selecting decor really fun, and was generally amazing when any obstacles arose leading up to our special day. She always kept the budget in mind and was great at offering alternative options whenever necessary.
Hannah paid close attention to every little detail, and she put her whole heart into making our wedding a dream wedding. As well, she was a fantastic liaison with all our vendors ensuring smooth communication and execution of our plans. If you score Hannah as your planner, you can count yourself lucky!

Hannah was such an invaluable part of planning our wedding. She happily took on (and rocked!) all the challenges associated with a super unconventional venue, out-of-the-way location, and did it all with us out of province.

Words cannot express how lovely Hannah is as a wedding planner and as an individual. As her longest clients to date (will be 3 years, thanks covid!) I can not thank Hannah enough.
When I first met Hannah, her passion for wedding planning radiated through her and she made sure to make our day a priority in her life. With covid, we decided to elope and have a larger ceremony at a later date. Hannah went above and beyond to make our elopement day as special as it could be and even agreed to be my witness (and acted as my MOH).

We can't thank Hannah enough for making our dream wedding day possible on very short notice, and despite what has been an especially challenging time to plan a wedding. Due to COVID-19, my husband and I canceled our originally-scheduled August 2020 wedding. A few weeks after our would-be wedding day, I reached out to Hannah to ask for her opinion on the feasibility of planning an outdoor elopement ceremony sometime in September. Hannah provided immediate peace of mind and got to work right away, identifying options and developing an entirely new plan for our wedding day. She truly made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free.
With Hannah's help, we were able to secure a beautiful venue that I never would have thought possible on such short notice. She also took the time to provide us with excellent vendor recommendations, and coordinated all of the logistical details of our wedding. I highly recommend Graceful Weddings & Events! My original wedding plans were cancelled due to Covid-19 but my husband and I were set on still getting married on our day.
We originally didn't have a planner due to our original venue providing one - but once we had to change plans to a smaller wedding in my mom's backyard I reached out to Hannah to see if she would be able to help. She quickly hopped on board and from there exceeded all of my expectations and more. I can't imagine trying to do everything she did myself especially after all of the stress Covid had on our plans.
Hannah and Zach went above and beyond for Rob and I, they even helped out for our rehearsal dinner. The attention to detail Hannah had and her ability to take my vision and turn it into a reality was incredible.
