Partial Planning 

For the hands-on couples who have a good handle on sourcing & booking those key vendors such as venue, photographer & caterer, but would benefit from having access to the knowledge

and resources we have. We start working with

you six months before your wedding date, so that you can

leave the final details in our capable hands & enjoy the final

months of being engaged. 

– Initial Planning consultation upon booking

– Everything in Design package

– Vendor recommendations, followed by point of contact for selected vendors starting six months before your date
– Preparing & managing a wedding weekend timeline

with a graceful execution

Day of Coordination

This package works best for couples who have done all the planning but would prefer to alleviate their stresses on the big day by having a professional coordinator oversee all the day of  details. We coordinate all set up and any key elements of your wedding. 

Preferred vendor recommendations 

– Three planning consultations prior to date 

– Lead Coordinator & assistant for 10 hours of your wedding day

Design & Decor

Works best for couples who specifically want to utilize the expertise of an Event Planner for the Design Components of their wedding including assistance with the planning and design of florals, décor, rentals, lighting, floor plan, flow & stationery.

– Decor budget consultation and management

– Complete event design, including decor details document to be sent to all vendors and a design proposal & colour scheme

– Creation of floor plan

– Design-based vendor suggestions

– Attending meetings with design-based vendors

– Managing communication with design-based vendors

– Styling and setting up of details on the day of the wedding
