As we all know the start of the 2021 wedding season was a bit of a sad one. Heading into May on another lockdown and unfortunately, having so many weddings pushed into a later date with very little notice. My heart goes out to all the brides & grooms who were forced to change their plans due to the restrictions.
Even within all the Covid craziness (and the rainiest day ever), this sweet adorable couple kept their special date & tied the knot on May 8th 2021. With such an amazing dream team of vendors and the sweetest bride we were able to change our plans and create the most wonderful, beautiful wedding day for Liz & Chris!
Spending the morning with Liz was so special, one of the amazing perks of my job that I love so much. Terri-lynn Warren, myself, Liz & her new mother and law had such a fun time helping her get bridal ready with her sweet little Frenchie, MJ. Everything was perfect, Twig & twine created such a beautiful garland for the ceremony , that we placed along their table for a sweet intimate dinner hosted in their cottage afterwards.
Im super excited to be back here at Oceanstone next year with Liz & Chris to celebrate with a larger number of people and create more memories with these two!

We called Hannah about a year and a half after we got engaged. We had no idea where to start with wedding planning. We needed someone to help us get started. Hannah is the wedding planner you never knew you needed but really, you couldn't have done it without her. She has all the connections - venues, stationary, florals, photography, video, whatever you need- she will be at your side. She even had a spreadsheet & schedule for us to follow to keep everything on track.
We got the full package (highly recommend if you can afford it in your wedding budget!).
Our wedding was planned for May 2021, it ended up being the most beautiful elopement. Hannah was there for us in an actual lockdown!!

Thank you Graceful Weddings aka Hannah, Zach & Honey, for all that you have done. It is near & dear to our hearts and we will always remember these beautiful memories.

The positive to our wedding being cancelled due to a provincial shut down is that we now have postponed and can work with Hannah for another year. We know this additional time and shuffling of events will only make the big day that much better.
Who knew I would find an amazing human & friend in my wedding planner searches? Han I could go on about you forever!
