Megan & CJ's Vineyard Mini Matrimony

With so many of my upcoming weddings switching into beautiful intimate elopements due to the new COVID restrictions. I wanted to blog one of my favourite moments of 2020 - Meg & CJs Vineyard Elopement, in hopes to spread some inspiration and excitement for the many more mini matrimonies we will be seeing this upcoming season.

We are still planning to have a full fun-filled large wedding day for these two love birds when the time comes, which I am more than excited for. Working with Meg since 2018, we have gotten the chance to become more than just wedding Planner & Bride. Going though so many ups & downs of planning this wedding (as their sometimes are) we have grown so close, and I am so lucky to call Meg a dear friend!! When she asked me to act as her MOH for this special mini wedding last August I was more than thrilled to play such a role. Megan (CJ too) are one of the kindest couples you will ever meet. I know I say that about all my clients (as this is true!!) but these two, make me so happy and are my biggest cheerleaders!

Now, onto the beautiful day with the most amazing team of vendors! Because, Lisa (Flourish Florals) and I love Megan so much we wanted to do a little surprise for her. We had planned for a small dinner after the ceremony for the couple & their families and took this opportunity to do something special - Bringing up surprise decor to make this dinner feel a little more of a wedding reception. Lisa brought up extra flowers, we got candles , chargers and we purchased place-cards for everyone to complete the place setting. Its the little things that we can do to make our brides and grooms days even more special is what brings joy into our jobs as vendors!

Thank you everyone who was involved in making this day a dream for Meg & CJ. I cant wait for the BIG Celebration!!

LOVE NOTE FROM THE BRIDE

"Words cannot express how lovely Hannah is as a wedding planner and as an individual. As her longest clients to date (will be 3 years, thanks covid!) I can not thank Hannah enough.

When I first met Hannah, her passion for wedding planning radiated through her and she made sure to make our day a priority in her life. With covid, we decided to elope and have a larger ceremony at a later date. Hannah went above and beyond to make our elopement day as special as it could be and even agreed to be my witness (and acted as my MOH).

Throughout our planning process, Hannah has become one of my best friends and I know given the chance, she could build just as special of a connection with her other brides. I have recommended Hannah to everyone I know and will continue to do so! Oh, and Zach is just as great too!" - Megan Neil
